Course Objectives

Before we go into the depth of the concept of Project Risk Management, let us take a quick look at what we want to achieve in this course.

So, at the end of this module, we expect that you would be able to:

1. Understand and highlight the processes involved in Project Risk Management and the PM’s role in those processes
2. Discuss the impact of risks on projects (success or otherwise) and how the team can address this.
3. Highlight the processes for managing risks on projects
4. Discuss the techniques used in identifying, analyzing and mitigating risks
