Course Description
The Emotional Intelligence for Managers course is designed to provide participants with a good grounding in how to lead others by emotionally engaging stakeholders. This course provides a down-to-earth, functional method for delivering your own emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) as well as interacting with others at their own EQ level.
